Why not just get a three cabin 53 and you already have the bunks. If you convert the two cabin layout, you are just fighting the original owner’s layout

We have the arrangement you speak of... guess it could be done ... not sure that current bunk is 6 ft long though but with a good carpenter anything is possible. Pretty aggressive change for a beautiful area

Hi there,

Are you referring to the desk area in the owner cabin's starboard side? That's our setup (a two-srateroom layout). If so, while you could possibly put in a short bunk (longer if you remove the hanging closet), putting a wall up and having any room at all would be problematic I'd think. If you'd like me to take some pictures and measurements, I could oblige.

Has anyone, or aware of, converted the office off the master to a third stateroom on the 53’ to bunks. Thank you
