Curious if anyone has installed a quiet, compact, vertical wind generator onboard?

We are at breakeven charge off our solar during the day and looking for supplemental source to charge the lithiums when sun is low and overnight.

Hello Russ. Apparently we have twin sisters. Darryl Harkness just sent me a picture of your boat. She’s beautiful.

Here I saw your post and thought you had found one, not looking for one. It would definitely be a nice addition. We just increased our solar to 2145 watts. We last 5 to 7 days depending on our consumption and amount of sun. It is winter here right now in Australia, so the sun is low. But as we get further north into Indonesia and we need the AC we’ll see how that works out. But so far I haven’t started the generator to charge. I look forward to our further discussions.

We are at magnetic Island now. And continuing north. Will be crossing over from Darwin to Indonesia at the end of the month. So maybe Indonesia or the Philippines.
